Student Complaints

If a distance learning student has a complaint about 老澳门六合彩开奖记录, the student must first follow the standard 老澳门六合彩开奖记录 student complaint and dispute procedures. Grade appeals and student conduct violations are governed entirely by 老澳门六合彩开奖记录 and the State of Alaska. Please visit our Student Consumer Information page to learn more about various aspects of the insitutions policies, procedures, and operations.

When the student is unsatisfied with the outcome, the complaint may be appealed. If the student is in a SARA member state, a complaint, other than grade appeals or student conduct violations, may be appealed and brought to the Alaska SARA Portal Entity. The SARA portal entity in the state where the student is located will then be notified that the complaint was received and may assist as needed. Examples of types of student complaints that may be brought to a SARA portal entity include but aren't limited to complaints regarding the accuracy of job placement data, tuition or fee information, accreditation, accurate information about whether the course or program work meets any relevant licensure requirements, or course transfer information.     Arkansas Student Consumer Protection / Complaints:

    ADHE will only address complaints after the student has exhausted his or her appeals at the institutional level. Inquiries into student grievances must be limited to AHECB certified (under Arkansas Code 搂6-61-301) courses/degree programs and institutions and to matters related to the criteria for certification. Within 20 days of completing the institution鈥檚 grievance procedures, the student may file the complaint in writing with the ICAC Coordinator, Arkansas Department of Higher Education, 114 East Capitol, Little Rock, AR 72201 (contact ADHE_Info@adhe.edu for information). The grievant must provide a statement from the institution verifying that the institution鈥檚 appeal process has been followed. ADHE will notify the institution of the grievance within 15 days of the filing. Within 10 days after ADHE notification, the institution must submit a written response to ADHE. Other action may be taken by ADHE as needed.
