Staff Appreciation Awards

Purpose

To celebrate exceptional performance and commitment to ÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼ College of Health (COH) programs throughout the academic year.


Eligibility

All COH staff in active positions during the award period are eligible (regular, term, temporary, part-time, full-time).

Recognizes an employee who collaborates in an outstanding way to achieve excellence. This employee
• Is consistently reliable and dependable
• Is passionate about the team’s goals and results
• Adapts to the needs of the team

Recognizes an impactful employee who consistently performs above and beyond expectations. This employee 
• Consistently delivers the highest level of quality work
• Embodies integrity, accountability and honesty in all interactions
• Possesses a model work ethic
• Is resourceful and persistent in overcoming roadblocks to achieve objectives

Resilience Award

Recognizes an optimistic employee who demonstrates excellence in adapting to change. This employee
• Anticipates and responds to needs
• Employs critical thinking to solve problems
• Views change with open-mindedness 
• Engages in positive communication

Rising Star Award

Recognizes an employee with five or fewer years of experience in their field whose accomplishments distinguish them as an emerging leader. This employee is
