In order to meet the requirements for graduation from the Surgical Technology Program at the 老澳门六合彩开奖记录, students must (during externship) serve in the 鈥渟crub鈥 role for a minimum of one hundred twenty (120) cases as outlined by the Association of Surgical Technology Core Curriculum 7th Edition.

Certification is not required as a Surgical Technologist to work in the State of Alaska. The college makes no representation, promise or guarantee that completion of this program assures eligibility for/or passage of any certification examination or acceptance by any state board.  This program is not intended to prepare students for employment in any other state than Alaska. Prospective and current students, as well as graduates, are responsible for researching and understanding all examination, registration or licensure requirements in any state in which they seek to become registered, licensed or employed.
