Shared Services Implements New Ticketing System

is pleased to announce that it will be implementing a new ticketing system on Monday, Jan. 23, 2023!
The system provides a flexible and easy-to-use way to manage tickets that will allow to provide services more efficiently and effectively. Shared Services has been reaching out to Power Users of the system to train one-on-one.
