To students in ÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼ justice instructor Glen Klinkhart’s criminal investigations course, the end of the semester is, quite literally, murder. For his lab practicum, Klinkhart — a homicide detective, true crime author and computer forensics expert — stages the scene of his own murder in a ÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼ lecture hall and challenges the budding investigators in his class to solve the crime.

When Esther Dale joined USÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼, she was looking for an opportunity to get involved in the ÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼ campus community. She had no idea that the opportunity to serve as vice president would not only be academically relevant, but the overall experience would be so rewarding.

Professor Muller will tell the story of preparing the new edition of "The River War" by Winston Churchill and speak about the significance of the book for understanding Churchill’s thoughts on empire, war, race and religion.

Food insecurity and homelessness are ongoing issues within the university and Anchorage communities. USÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼ has partnered with local nonprofit organizations to address the problem one donation at a time.
