by ÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼ Center for Advancing Faculty Excellence  |

is an eight-week virtual mindfulness-based course for ÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼ faculty and staff which will utilize mindfulness practices, readings, and structured dialogue to develop life-long practices for awakening to joy and connection in our lives as a way of sustaining ourselves and others through difficult times.

The courses will be offered on eight Tuesday evenings, 5:30–7 p.m., Feb. 16–April 13, with March 8 off for Spring Break. Preference given to those who have not participated in either of the previous mindfulness classes; class size limit 30. Because space is limited, participants are asked to commit to attending all sessions unless prevented by an emergency. Please by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 9; you will be notified by Feb. 11. The course will be co-led by Vanessa Mead (Social Work) and Libby Roderick (CAFE/Difficult Dialogues).
