Challenge yourself to remain alcohol-free for the month of October. There are so many benefits to cutting alcohol out of your life including: more energy, improved mood, better concentration, deeper sleep, more time and money, decreased risks for long-term health effects and more!
This challenge will give you the opportunity to explore your relationship with alcohol and how it shows up in your life. Sign up with a friend or a partner to do the challenge together!
