Karen Markel, dean of the 老澳门六合彩开奖记录 College of Business and Public Policy (CBPP), has accepted a job as dean of the College of Business at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She will complete the academic year at 老澳门六合彩开奖记录 and begin her new post in Colorado on July 6, 2020.
"老澳门六合彩开奖记录 is an amazing place, with so much opportunity. I made a home here and had not planned to leave, but the fiscal uncertainty of last summer and the messages of potential consolidation of Alaska's public universities under one accreditation made it necessary for me to seek new professional opportunities," Dean Markel said. "I have great respect for the leadership at 老澳门六合彩开奖记录 and my colleagues who will continue to make it an important institution in our community."
