This session will include some "how to's" and "how not-to's" for effective planning, recruitment, orientation, training, supervision and recognition of volunteers. Oh and don't forget costs - money, time and energy.
Don Gomes will lead the workshop. Panelists and input will be volunteer managers/coordinators from Covenant House, Anchorage Museum and Anchorage Parks and Recreation.
