During the last few months, Human Resources Services has been conducting performance evaluations training workshops for workgroups throughout the university. In addition to continuing with ongoing workgroup meetings, HRS is now offering two additional workshops in the University Lake Building.

• Performance Evaluations for Employees: The workshop will cover the employee's role in feedback, preparing for the performance evaluation, and participating in performance related discussions throughout the year. Tuesday, Dec. 14, 1:30-4:30 p.m.
• Performance Evaluations for Supervisors: For those who may not have had the opportunity to participate in a workshop through their workgroup. This workshop will cover performance evaluation foundations, planning for performance, supervisory skills enhancement, developing performance expectations, measuring performance, giving feedback and performance appraisal forms, and conducting performance evaluation interviews. Friday, Dec. 10, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
