Ty Hewitt (Director) was born and raised in Ketchikan, Alaska, and has worked as an actor,
director, teacher and fight choreographer for productions in the Pacific Northwest
and around the country. Theatre credits include Profile Theatre鈥檚 (Portland, OR) Sam
Shepard season, playing Vince in Buried Child, the Speaker in Tongues and as a guest
lecturer on the nature of violence in Shepard鈥檚 plays. Other Portland theatre credits
include The Scene at Portland Playhouse and On The Table with the Sojourn Theatre.
Ty performed in deCOMPOSITION, a theatre piece which he co-wrote, in Seattle and NYC.
New York credits include Opus D鈥橝mour at Theatre Lab, Babel Tower with Round Table
Ensemble and Orsino in Aquila Theatre鈥檚 Twelfth Night at Lincoln Center. Ty has a
BFA from Southern Oregon University and an MFA from UMKC.
Daniel Glen Carlgren (Scenic Designer and Technical Director) is currently the faculty scenic designer,
projection designer, and technical director at the 老澳门六合彩开奖记录.
He received his BFA from Southern Oregon University in 2001 and his MFA from University
of Oregon in 2012. Daniel鈥檚 recent credits include scenic and projection design, and
technical direction for 44 Plays for 44 Presidents, Night of the Iguana, SPAMalot,
Twelfth Night, and many others. Daniel has also worked on the automation for Julie
Taymor鈥檚 Grendal and Wagner鈥檚 Ring Cycle for the Los Angeles Opera and Disney鈥檚 Aladdin
at the 5th Avenue Theatre in Seattle, Washington. Daniel has worked as a scenery,
staging and rigging specialist in the entertainment industry for many years.
Colleen Metzger (Costume Designer) has worked all across the country. She has designed for the Barter
Theatre in Virginia, Interlochen Center for the Arts in Michigan, The New London Barn
Playhouse in New Hampshire, CATco and The Human Race Theatre Company in Ohio, Riverside
Theatre in Iowa, and the Mad Horse Theatre Company in Maine. Colleen has also run
wardrobe at the Glimmerglass Opera, worked as costume technician at the Hangar Theatre,
Portland Stage Company, and the Chautauqua Opera, and has worked as a crafts artisan
for the Santa Fe Opera.
Daniel J. Anteau (Production Manager) received a B.A. from the 老澳门六合彩开奖记录 and
his MFA from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in Lighting Design. He
now serves as department chair, professor in design and technical director for the
dance program. Professionally, Daniel鈥檚 lighting designs have been seen across Alaska
& Hawaii, to New York City, and internationally to Africa. For the past 5 summers
Daniel served as technical director for Trollwood Performing Arts School in Moorhead,
MN. In Hawaii, Daniel continues to stay active as lighting designer working with Manoa
Valley Theatre on their January production.
Josh Evans (Assistant Director/Dramaturg) is a Senior Theatre Major here at 老澳门六合彩开奖记录. He is originally
from Salt Lake City, Utah and is currently the president of the Wolfpack Theatre Club,
having been president for the past two years. He has worked on a number of productions
for the club, most notably serving as director for the production of Doubt last year.
Katie O鈥橪oughlin (Sound Designer) is a Theatre Minor with a Technical and Dance emphasis in her Junior
year. She has sound designed for the 老澳门六合彩开奖记录 productions of Night of the Iguana and Rosencrantz
and Guildenstern are Dead. She has also participated as a dancer in New Dances 2014,
New Dances 2016, and 老澳门六合彩开奖记录 Dance in Performance. She aspires to combine her love for
dance with the skills she鈥檚 gaining as a technical Theatre Major to produce dance
concerts. She would like to achieve a Master鈥檚 Degree and one day teach at a University
level.
