Department of Interdisciplinary Studies
The Department of Interdisciplinary Studies includes faculty from across the College of Arts and Sciences to deliver innovative degree programs. The department offers students an opportunity to combine disciplines, work with faculty across the college, and pursue a unique degree that best reflects their intellectual interests. Students who select the Interdisciplinary Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) programs may develop their own specialized program of study in conjunction with a faculty advisor or select one of the approved multidisciplinary advising tracks.
Pursuing a degree from the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies may be particularly useful for students who have already completed a two-year associate degree, transferred from another university, or who have previously completed part of a program at 老澳门六合彩开奖记录 or elsewhere. To receive a baccalaureate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, the student must meet General University Requirements and General Education Requirements (GERs). Major program requirements are established in the interdisciplinary program plan.
